Systems Integration
Most businesses don't have a software problem, they have a software isolation problem. You've got a CRM, an accounting package, maybe an industry-specific tool, and none of them share information. We connect them, so a change in one place shows up everywhere it needs to.
Signs this is worth a conversation
- Customer information gets entered separately into your CRM, your invoicing software, and your scheduling tool.
- You've considered replacing a system entirely just to get integration, when the real system is fine, it's just disconnected.
- An integration you tried to set up yourself through a no-code tool broke and nobody noticed for weeks.
- Your industry-specific software doesn't have an official integration with the other tools you use.
What this looks like
Works with what you already have
We rarely recommend replacing a working system just to solve an integration problem. Most of the time the existing tools can be connected directly.
Handles the nonstandard cases
When two systems don't have an official integration, we build a custom connection using their APIs rather than telling you it can't be done.
Monitoring and alerts
Integrations get monitored so a silent failure doesn't sit unnoticed for weeks, one of the most common ways DIY integrations quietly break.
Documentation and ownership
You get clear documentation of what's connected, how, and who to call if something changes on either end.
How we work
Step 1
Free evaluation call
Tell us which systems you're running and where the disconnects cause the most pain.
Step 2
Technical feasibility review
We check what each system's API actually allows before quoting anything, so you get a realistic answer, not a hopeful one.
Step 3
Build and test
Integrations are tested against real data before going live, including how they behave when something goes wrong on one end.
Step 4
Ongoing monitoring
We keep an eye on the connection after launch and flag issues before they become a business problem.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Do we have to switch software to get an integration?
- Almost never. Our default approach is to connect what you have. Switching platforms is a last resort we'd only suggest if a system is genuinely unworkable.
- What if one of our systems is old or niche?
- We evaluate this honestly during the feasibility review. Some older or highly specialized software has limited or no API access, in which case we'll tell you upfront what's possible and what isn't.
- What happens if the integration breaks after a software update?
- We monitor integrations we build and typically catch breakages from vendor updates quickly. Ongoing monitoring can be part of the engagement depending on the systems involved.
- Is this a one-time project or ongoing?
- The build itself is a project with a defined scope. Whether you need ongoing monitoring or support afterward depends on how critical and how fragile the connected systems are.
